Showcasing Cornwall's ambition to be a player in the Green Industrial Revolution
In 2021 the COP26 UN Climate Change conference was hosted by the UK in Glasgow.
Taking place from 31 October to 12 November, the conference brought together parties to accelerate action towards the goals of the Paris Agreement and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. With the ambition the be taken seriously as a player in the Green Industrial Revolution, Cornwall wanted to use the opportunity to raise the profile of its distinctive assets, skills and emerging opportunities, highlighting how it can support national and global ambitions for the energy transition and low carbon agenda.
