Fifteen Cornwall: Creating a memorable customer experience to drive sales
Katie was brought into Fifteen Cornwall to restructure the marketing team and provide marketing leadership within the business. Working with the business for almost three years in the part time role of Marketing Director, Katie went on to develop an effective marketing resource which supported the restaurant and the charity.
Fifteen Cornwall needed a high volume of covers and spend per head so marketing focused on supporting these objectives. With covers declining, we placed the emphasis on improving the customer experience, investing in a restaurant refresh, working with the kitchen to move away from daily changing menus to drive consistency, and ensuring high quality marketing communications and collateral in the restaurant itself.
